Recent Article on China's Import Ban & SPS Agreement Published

Last month, my article on the compatibility of China's import ban on Japanese seafood in response to Tokyo Electric Power's discharge of ALPS treated water into the Pacific Ocean and the SPS Agreement was published on EJIL:Talk!.
